Role Overview
We’re seeking an organized, proactive HR Recruitment & Office Administrator to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day office operations. This role supports people processes and keeps the office running smoothly so engineering teams can focus on product development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: write job ads, source candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals), screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and support offer negotiation.
Build and maintain candidate pipeline for Analog/VLSI designers.
Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, prepare new-hire paperwork.
Maintain HR records (electronic and physical), ensure data privacy and compliance.
Administer basic HR asks: employment contracts, benefits enrollment support, leave/attendance tracking.
Run office administration: Facilities coordination, mail/courier,
Plan and support company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Produce recruitment metrics and HR reports; recommend process improvements.
Act as a friendly first point of contact for employees and external partners.
Required Qualifications
2–5 years’ experience in VLSI/Analog designers recruitment and office administration.
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting and xls based tracking system.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office / documentaion .
Discrete handling of confidential information and good judgment.
Professional, proactive, and team-oriented.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience recruiting engineering roles ( ckt/layout/ASIC/SoC in VLSI domain).
Knowledge of local labor laws and payroll processes.
