Qualification& Experience BE/B.Tech in electronics required (M.S/M.Tech/Ph.D. preferred)4 to 10 years of design experience for high performance mixed-signal IC’s/ IO designs.Strong fundamentals in transistor level circuit design and basics on wireless technologiesSilicon success tape out experience in design of analog circuits like PLL, LDO, ADC/DAC, USB, Transceivers, Voltage boosters and reference circuitsGood mentoring, communication, presentation skills and team workExperience in circuit architecture definition for complex analog and mixed signal blocks/chips.ESD concepts and experience in chip level integrationResponsibilities Arrive at chip level circuit architecture from specifications.Define block design specification based on full chip level architecture.Ownership of full chip design/block level circuit design and supervise layout implementation.Adherence to schedules and ensure quality deliverables.Developing chip schematics and engaging in analog design , characterization( pre and post layout)Mentoring and handholding less experienced colleagues.Send Resume to hr@terminuscircuits.com
