Qualification& Experience:
BE/B.Tech in electronics required (M.S/M.Tech/Ph.D. preferred)
4 to 10 years of design experience for high performance mixed-signal IC’s/ IO designs.
Strong fundamentals in transistor level circuit design and basics on wireless technologies
Silicon success tape out experience in design of analog circuits like PLL, LDO, ADC/DAC, USB, Transceivers, Voltage boosters and reference circuits
Good mentoring, communication, presentation skills and team work
Experience in circuit architecture definition for complex analog and mixed signal blocks/chips.
ESD concepts and experience in chip level integration

Responsibilities:
Arrive at chip level circuit architecture from specifications.
Define block design specification based on full chip level architecture.
Ownership of full chip design/block level circuit design and supervise layout implementation.
Adherence to schedules and ensure quality deliverables.
Developing chip schematics and engaging in analog design , characterization( pre and post layout)
Mentoring and handholding less experienced colleagues.
