Dr. K S Sankar Reddy, Director
Founder member of Terminus Circuits Pvt Ltd & MemSmart Pvt Ltd, leading the company in carving out to a world class IP (Intellectual Property) company. Terminus Circuits has developed several of its flagship IPs viz. Multi-standard SerDes (2.5gbps to 32gbps), PCIE Gen 5/4/3/2/1. USB 3.2/3.1/3.0, MIPI M-Phy Gear 4, clocking solutions up to 16GHz etc., across the technology nodes 90nm bulk silicon to 12 nm FinFet and across the top 3 Foundries. The design and development of IPs/Products won several awards nationwide and internationally. Sankar Reddy brings to Terminus Circuits Pvt Ltd over 35 years of semiconductor industry experience having built, nurtured and inculcated world class delivery teams in the area of Analog and interface circuits. Prior to Terminus Circuits, Dr. Reddy was responsible in bringing up circuit design team in IBM India from scratch to a team contributing to the highly complex projects in the core areas of Multi-standard SerDes, IP maintenance, IO development. He was a key member in Sasken, Tata-Elxsi, Spike Technologies (acquired by Qualcomm) in expanding their business into higher level of competencies.
Dr. Reddy, also founder of "MEMSMART Private Limited" which is into building design-by-construct enterprise level flash storage devices with focus on hardware enabled secure devices.
He has 6 patents and over a dozen of published journal papers to his credit.
Dr. Reddy is senior Member IEEE and served IEEE ED & SSC chapter for 10+ years as executive committee member, secretary and chapter Chair.
He also arranged many distinguish lectures by National & International leaders in the area of Circuit Design and in semiconductor technology.
Dr. Reddy earned his PhD from Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and masters from IIT Kharagpur. Served as Faculty in ECE department of IISc for 15 years, taught built basic infrastructure and investigator for microelectronics stream of projects
